At just 29 years of age, Thomas Rossi, is entrusted with the reins of the YEEELS cuisine, an hybrid restaurant chic, located at 24 avenue George V.
He joins the elegant team of: Benjamin Artis, Director of the premises, Benjamin Liatoud for the Decor, and Aurélien Fleury for mixology.
The challenge of Thomas Rossi look large and could be summarized in one sentence: « Send 300 covers and preserve excellence in order to satisfy the customers of the prestigious Golden Triangle Establishment ».
At Yeeels, he offers a colorful and « minimalist » cuisine as he likes to emphasize, respecting the seasonality in order to seduce a demanding and cosmopolitan clientele through audacious and contemporary creations.
If Thomas Rossi displays a simplicity and a refreshing modesty, he is not a man to be disconcerted. His overwhelming energy and solid experience definitely impose him as the master in the kitchen and allow him to manage a brigade of 10 people.
