The transition follows the departure of Alexey Bril, who has stepped away to pursue independent hospitality ventures.<\/p>\n<p>Originally conceived in France, Verde has become known for its Parisian-inspired dining experience, combining refined energy, design-led environments, and a strong cultural identity. Together with CouCou, the group now operates across Paris, Saint-Tropez, Sardinia, and Dubai, with the UAE serving as a key operational platform for regional and international growth.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the transition, Paramonov said:\u00a0\u00bbOur priority is to maintain the creative and cultural foundations that define our brands while scaling internationally with discipline and consistency. This next stage is about structured growth, operational strength, and long-term brand value.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>The group\u2019s development pipeline remains active across three regions.\u00a0Verde New York\u00a0will mark the brand\u2019s entry into the United States, while\u00a0CouCou Miami\u00a0is scheduled to launch later this year. In Europe, a new\u00a0Verde Beach Restaurant in Sardinia\u00a0will open this summer, strengthening the brand\u2019s Mediterranean footprint.<\/p>\n<p>To support this phase, investors have committed an additional\u00a0USD 50 million\u00a0over the next four to five years.
